Combined with Environ®’s active products, the ELECTRO- SONIC DF MOBILE SKINCARE TECHNOLOGY targets the specific areas of concern, resulting in the look of a noticeably improved complexion, texture and radiance.
How to Use:
- Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone your skin with your preferred Environ products.
- Dampen the conduction cloth and wrap it around the back of the DF Mobile device, ensuring that the cloth covers both metal panels, and the palm of the hand makes contact with both panels. Cloth must be slightly damp, not wet.
- Apply the selected Environ product to the area of concern. The skin must remain constantly moist during the treatment, reapplication of the product may be necessary.
- Press the ON/OFF button for one second to switch the DF Mobile on. Select the correct setting for the appropriate serum.
- Place the flat part of the Treatment Head onto the selected area and wait for a “beep” sound to indicate the start of the treatment. Hold the device in a static position until the next beep sound is heard, before moving it slightly – always slightly overlapping the previous position.
- Repeat this until the focus area has been covered.
- Once finished, massage any excess serum into the skin and follow with your recommended Environ regime.

Who should use the DF Mobile Device?
The DF Mobile is recommended for clients who are using Environ products because skin that is prepared with vitamin A will respond in a more predictable way. It should be used by clients who want to get the most benefit between professional treatments. It is safe and gentle enough to be used morning and evening as part of a complete advanced skincare routine. When a client starts using the DF Mobile, they should gradually build up to using it morning and evening. If it is used too often too quickly, it may result in an adverse reaction, it is best to: Start low, Go slow.
Who should not use the DF Mobile Device?
This technology is not for everyone and is contraindicated for the following conditions: Contra-indications include:
Pacemakers and electronic implants of all kinds, Pregnant or lactating women, Epilepsy, Open cuts and abrasions in the treatment area, Cold sores (Herpes simplex type 1) and ulcers, Metallic implants of the face, Botulinum Toxin treatment and Dermal Fillers (A two-week waiting period is recommended to avoid affecting their placement), Sunburnt skin, Sufferers of angina/arrhythmia, Haemophilia, Patients who have a history of stroke, Cancer patients or those undergoing radiotherapy.
Where can the DF Mobile be used?
The following areas/concerns can be targeted with the DF Mobile: frown lines on forehead and or between eyebrows; smile lines and fine wrinkles around the eyes; upper lip lines; hyper-pigmented marks from sun damage; double chin and also minor scars.
How often can I use the DF Mobile?
When you start using the device, use it every couple of days, gradually building up to every other day and eventually use it daily. You can use the device on a specific focus area of the face, or you can use it on the entire face and neck.
How long does it charge for and when does it require another full charge?
The battery charges fully in approximately 2 hours, it can be used for 8-10, 15 minute sessions before it will require another full charge.
Is the tingling sensation in my hand normal when using the device?
Yes, for this reason be sure to always use a slightly damp conduction cloth when using the device.
How do I register the warranty and what does the warranty mean to me?
Activate the warranty by clicking here. Please keep your proof of purchase and your warranty in a safe place. The device warranty is for 24 months. If you need any assistance, please contact the Environ Stockist from whom you purchased the device.
What are the steps involved in looking after my DF Mobile Device?
- Before initial use, remove the plastic protective cover from the treatment head.
- Periodically clean the treatment head.
- Before and after use wipe with a clean, soft and slightly damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Do a full recharge of the device before storing it.
- The device cannot be operated whilst being charged.
- Unplug the charging cable from the socket before storing the device.
- The device automatically switches off after 15 minutes.
- Store the device and accessories safely in the travel bag.
- Use only once skin is comfortable with Original Rich or Classic Night Moisturiser.
- After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning with your preferred Environ products, apply Original Ultra Night Moisturiser to the face, neck and décolleté in the evening.
- Use a minimum of 2 tubes before progressing to the next level of the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM®.
- Combat dry skin by applying Super Moisturiser+ over Original Ultra Night Moisturiser.
